4 Peaks FAQ

Is Camping Free? – Yes, tent camping is included in your ticket price.
Is there Day Parking?  Yes, day parking costs $5 and can be purchased at Will Call.* Bike Parking is FREE!
Are tickets transferable? – Yes, you may transfer your tickets to someone else in the unfortunate case you’re unable to join us, but they are non-refundable! Please contact WillCall@4peakspresents.com for information on transferring tickets.
Are tickets refundable? Tickets are NON-Refundable. This is a rain or shine event.
Ticket reissue? Please save your email confirmation. All sales are final. We can look up your confirmation number with your ID and your phone can be used to scan your tickets. No refunds will be given. See Eventbrite for information on transferring tickets
What payment methods are available? Online, we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards. Mastercard, Visa, and Discover debit cards are also accepted, but they are run as credit. Gift Cards with the Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express logo on them are also good to use! Cash and Credit will be accepted at Will Call, but no checks, sorry.
How can I buy Ticket? You can buy your tickets in advance online here or locally with cash in Bend at Cosmic Depot. Available tickets will be for sale on-site at Will Call.
Wheelchairs and Electric Scooters – There will be an ACCESSIBLE CAMPING area for people with mobility limitations. No early notification will be required but a state-issued accessible parking license plate, placard, or hang tag is required to park or camp in this area.
Please note that while the festival allows and reasonably accommodates wheelchairs and electric scooters, our event is located at an outdoor venue that has varying terrain, including grassy, uneven, and muddy surfaces. Motorcycles, golf carts, and four-wheelers are not allowed.
ADA Parking & Camping – There will be an ACCESSIBLE CAMPING area for people with mobility limitations. No early notification will be required but a state-issued accessible parking license plate, placard, or hang tag is required to park or camp in this area.
Please note: 4 Peaks requires an ADA placard for accessible parking/camping. Stay tuned for a map of the festival grounds showing where ADA parking and camping are located. A RV Pass is required if you plan on to park a RV in the ADA parking.

Generator Hours – To help maintain “Quiet Hours” please refrain from using generators between 11pm – 7am.
Camping – Tent/Car camping is free with our purchase of a Weekend Pass. Anyone can camp Thursday night, but you DO need to have purchased an RV pass & Weekend Pass ahead of time to bring an RV on site. Save the $20 vehicle re-entry fee, carpool!
Is Camping Free? – Yes, tent camping is included in your ticket price.
Gate Hours – Please don’t arrive prior to the opening of the gates!
Thursday, June 18th: 12pm-9pm
Friday, June 19th: 9am-9pm
Saturday, June 20th: 9am-9pm
Sunday, June 21st: 9am-5pm
The Festival ends at 5pm, June 23rd. Please exit the site by dark.
*If you arrive before 10am on Thursday, June 18th without a prior agreement from the 4 Peaks staff, you will be turned away.
Festival Hours4 Peaks Music Festival will take place on Thursday, June 18th, 12pm – Sunday, June 221st, 5pm; at Stevenson Ranch located at 21085 Knott Road, Bend OR 97702The festival ends at 5pm on Sunday and all attendees are expected to exit the site by dark.
Kids –
  • Children of all ages will be welcome. Tickets are required for all children over the age of10.
  • This is a very family-friendly event and let’s welcome everyone!
  • Please supervise your children closely keep them off of fences and furniture, away from the pond.
  • Children under 12 are not allowed in beer tent unless accompanied by an adult. Kids’ zone is not a babysitting service, parental participation is required. Minors are not allowed in the tent after 9:00 pm.
I like to bring my pet dog, rabbit, or unicorn…..can I?
NO. We’re all animal lovers at 4 Peaks, but animals of any kind are not permitted on the festival grounds (that includes your car in the parking lot). If you bring them you will be asked to leave.
Service Animals – 
§ 35.136 Service animals (The law states) Inquiries. A public entity shall not ask about the nature or extent of a person’s disability but may make two inquiries to determine whether an animal qualifies as a service animal. A public entity may ask if the animal is required because of a disability and what work or task the animal has been trained to perform. A public entity shall not require documentation, such as proof that the animal has been certified, trained, or licensed as a service animal. Generally, a public entity may not make these inquiries about a service animal when it is readily apparent that an animal is trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability (e.g., the dog is observed guiding an individual who is blind or has low vision, pulling a person’s wheelchair, or providing assistance with stability or balance to an individual with an observable mobility disability).

Vehicle Re-Entry Pass – Due to overwhelming demand, we are rolling out a pass that allows those who need to leave the site throughout the weekend with this pre-purchased in and out pass. Unlimited re-entry will be permitted during posted gate hours. Avoid re-entry fees and save money by purchasing this pass now and get your dedicated car camping in and out pass conveniently located near the rest of car camping. This pass cost $75.

 

Vehicle Re-Entry – If you leave your spot and the venue, we cannot guarantee your spot upon your return and your car WILL BE searched again. Please park in day parking if you plan on coming and going! We need to limit the traffic on site once our children and tents and RV’s are set up! All tickets are weekend passes, which INCLUDE staying overnight, but camping is not mandatory. Prices do not include service charges if applicable. There is a $20 re-entry fee for all vehicles.

Car Parking – Gates to camping/parking (not the venue) open noon, Thursday, June 18th, 2020. A one time only Vehicle Impact Fee is included with your Weekend Pass with the exception of RVs ($160) or vehicles with a trailer or smaller RVs ($75) or vehicles parking in Day Parking ($5).
Small RV Pass – This Pass is for RV’s, 5th Wheels and Trailers that 22′ or less in total combined length. If the combined length is over 22′ in length, you must purchase an RV pass. A Weekend Pass is required for each individual in the vehicle.
RV Pass – If you purchase an RV Pass you will be parking in an RV Specific Camping Zone. Due to the nature of the site, we need to maximize every square foot thoughtfully. There will be one area that is designed for mixed use (RV’s/Trailers/Cars/tents). A Weekend Pass is required for each individual in the vehicle.
Is there Day Parking?  Yes, day parking costs $5 and can be purchased at Will Call. * Bike Parking is FREE!
Parking Fees? No, but Yes. A one time only Vehicle Impact Fee is included in your Weekend Pass. If you leave in your vehicle and come back you will be charged a $20 re-entry fee. There is also $5 Day Parking in our daily parking lot.
What should you will need to bring? We suggestion you should bring the following with you to this year’s 4 Peaks.
– Sunglasses
– Sunscreen
– Non-glass water bottle – of course we have Silipints to REuse all weekend!
– Camping gear (tent, tarp, sleeping bags, etc.)
– Tent stakes
– Lantern/flashlight/headlamp with extra batteries
– Flag or banner to identify your campsite
– Extra set of keys
– Rain gear (the party goes on, rain or shine!)
– Hat or bandana
– Warm Hoodie
– Extra pair of shoes
– Bug spray (we recommend going DEET-free!)
– Biodegradable plastic bags for trash
– Extra toilet paper (you never know)
– Blanket for seating
– Earplugs
– Low back chairs
– Corn hole boards and other fun games
Ice? – Ice will be available for purchase at the Beverage Tent.

Internet Connectivity? – Wireless connectivity will be provided compliments of farquhar tech and the site has great cell coverage throughout the festival grounds.
Ice? –Ice will be available for purchase at the Beverage Tent
Showers? Sorry, there are no showers.
Restrooms? – Portable toilets and hand washing stations are located throughout the campgrounds, as well as, inside the venue.
Water? – Potable water is readily available at the site, please be sure to bring refillable water bottles and other vessels.
Upon Your Arrival – Join us for the 13th Annual 4 Peaks Music Festival this summer. 4 days and 3 nights of music, family, friends, and fun! This intimate, family-friendly festival spans many genres of world-class musicians and will kick off your summer perfectly! Camping–complete with gorgeous views–is free, as are kids 10 and under. 4 Peaks is a continually-evolving festival and as we grow sustainably, we keep the festival experience extremely intimate and family friendly! The 2020 lineup will be out early next year! Stay tuned and stay in touch via our social media!

Upon arrival, you will be directed into lanes where your tickets & passes will be scanned. All vehicles upon entry to the site will be searched by our security crew. You will then be directed to the upper camping area will you can setup camp and begin to enjoy your weekend. Bend Oregon weather in mid-June can change by the hour. Daytime can be warm and nighttime temperatures can drastically drop. Come prepared to have fun, wet or dry, warm or cold!

Just a Quick Reminder

Everyone needs a Weekend Pass to enter the festival grounds. “Camping” means primitive tent & car camping. Please purchase an RV or yurt pass if you desire to upgrade.  Parking for passenger vehicle is included with your Weekend Pass, but a RV Pass or Small RV Pass  is required for all RVs and campers-in-tow.
